1. Eligibility and Application Terms

By using this platform and applying for any scholarship programs provided by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), you acknowledge and agree that your eligibility is subject to the specific requirements of each program. All information provided must be accurate, complete, and verifiable.

2. Verification and Compliance

CHED reserves the right to verify any information provided in your application. Discovery of fraudulent information or misrepresentation will result in immediate disqualification and may lead to legal action in accordance with Philippine laws.

3. CHED Authority and Discretion

The final selection of scholarship recipients and the awarding of financial grants are at the sole discretion of the Commission on Higher Education. Meeting the minimum eligibility requirements does not guarantee the awarding of a scholarship.

4. Liability Limitations

CHED shall not be liable for any technical issues, data loss, or unauthorized access resulting from the use of this platform beyond the standard security measures implemented by the government.

5. Termination or Suspension of Access

CHED reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to this platform for any user found to be in violation of these terms or engaging in any activity that compromises the integrity of the scholarship application process.

6. Amendment of Terms

These terms and conditions may be amended at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
