Overview
The Doktor Para Sa Bayan Act established the Medical Scholarship and Return Service (MSRS) program. This program is dedicated to providing scholarships to deserving students who wish to pursue a Doctor of Medicine degree in exchange for serving their assigned communities after graduation.
